Refund Policy

You must receive written authorization by sending a mail to support@venceip.com with subject "Refund-Order Number". Up on receipt of our confirmation which will be send within 24 hours you may ship the goods in original condition to address stated on the confirmation mail. Up on receipt we will process refund and credit your account within 7 days. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
